RAYMOND WEIL is committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn timepiece in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. All returns undergo a quality control check to ensure the item is in its original condition before a refund is issued.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest order tracker to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day return window.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch, original box, warranty card, and all manuals inside the shipping carton, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our master watchmakers will inspect the piece for signs of wear; approved returns will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
